As a tourist, I loved the friendly staff, spacious rooms with comfy beds and large pillows. The breakfast offered a tasty selection with plenty of choice. The hotel's location was convenient for accessing different areas of London using the bus or nearby Boris Bike stand. The concierge was helpful and nice.
Felt truly looked after, no complaints at all.

We had a great stay here! The rooms were spacious and comfortable with nice bathrooms. The location was good and we enjoyed walking into town. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of different food to choose from. The staff were kind, efficient and very helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the main train station, which made it easy for us to explore the city. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. the room itself was clean and tidy, with comfortable furniture and a spacious bathroom. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
There were a few aspects that were not up to our expectations. the room was slightly small for a couple, making it feel a bit cramped at times.

We loved everything about this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and we were impressed by the hotel facilities, especially the gym and swimming pool. Excellent! I had a great stay at Crowne Plaza. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet, making for a peaceful night's rest. The location was also fantastic - close to Kings Cross and with easy access to buses to Covent Garden and Waterloo. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel location was not ideal as it was not near any tube stations, but it was conveniently close to my office. The Bego restaurant was a nice option for dinner, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern, and the bathroom was spacious with a good shower. The breakfast had a decent selection, but nothing exceptional.
The pool was a major disappointment with limited entry times for kids, and even during those times, we had to wait due to overcrowding.
